Visa to Norway for Ukrainians

Attention! Citizens of Ukraine on biomeric passports are allowed to enter the country of Norway without opening a visa, for a period of stay in the country of 90 days in a period of 180 days.

According to a2zgov, to stay in Norway, citizens of Ukraine with non-biometric passports need a Schengen visa to Norway.

The consular fee paid by children under 18 years of age and pensioners is refundable after receipt of supporting documents by the visa department of the Embassy of Norway.

The list of required documents for obtaining a tourist or business visa to Norway (the list of documents for other types of visas is provided individually):

Visa to Norway for adults:

– tourist profile (must include home and mobile phone);
– 2 color photographs (35×45 mm, fresh, not older than 3 months, large face on a light but not white background);
– Passport (must be valid for at least 3 months after returning from a planned trip). If a tourist has 2 valid RFPs, both are served!!!
– a copy of the internal passport (one copy of copies of ALL pages, even blank ones);
– a copy of the certificate of marital status (marriage / divorce / death of a spouse) + translation into English;
– booking round-trip air tickets;
– medical insurance, covering at least 30,000 euros;
– copies of previous Schengen visas;
– a certificate from the place of work on the letterhead of the enterprise (with all the details) indicating the position and salary for the last 6 months, indicating the date of employment, a guarantee of the preservation of the workplace, signed by the director and chief accountant, certified by the seal of the enterprise + translation into English ;
– a certificate from the bank on the existence of an account (on a letterhead with a signature and a wet seal) indicating the amount of the account balance + translation into English, if the account is a card account – a copy of the card;
– for entrepreneurs – a copy of the certificate of registration of a private entrepreneur, as well as a certificate from the tax office on income for the last quarter and a tax receipt, a certificate from the bank on the existence of an account indicating the balance on the account + translation into English. If the account is a card account – a copy of the card;
– if the trip is paid by a second person – a certificate from the place of work (indicating the position and salary) and a notarized statement of the person who pays for the trip + translation into English ;
– if tourists travel by car, you must submit: a copy of the green card, a copy of the rights and registration certificate of the tourist who will be driving;
– a cover letter to the Norwegian consulate signed by the tourist personally, both parents sign for the children (ask the destination manager when booking the tour).

Visa to Norway for children:

– children’s travel document + 2 photos (if entered in the passport to parents – 1 photo);
– copy of birth certificate + translation into English;
– certificate from the place of study (with address and phone number) + translation into English.
– a certificate from the place of work of one of the parents with a note on the financing of the trip (if traveling without parents) + translation into English;
– if the child is traveling with one of the parents – a notarized permission to leave the child from the second parent + translation into English.
– tourist questionnaire (filled in on the spot).

Visa to Norway for pensioners:

– passport + 2 photos.
– a copy of the internal passport. internal passport (one copy of copies of ALL pages, even blank ones);
– a copy of the pension certificate + translation into English;
– a certificate from the bank on the availability of an account indicating the balance on the account OR a certificate from the work of one of the children with a note on the financing of the trip + a copy of the birth certificate stating the relationship + translation into English;
– if the trip is paid by a second person – a certificate from the place of work (indicating the position and salary) and a statement from the person who pays for the trip + translation into English.
– tourist questionnaire (filled in on the spot).

If the tourist has a new passport, but had previous trips to the Schengen countries, then a copy of the no longer valid foreign passport. A copy of all pages with marks (not only Schengen) is foreign.

The embassy may request the provision of tickets before issuing a passport with a visa. Some applicants may be asked to show their passport at the Embassy after the visit.
