Autodial Long Distance Service. There are public pay and card phones. Telephone cards are sold in kiosks and in supermarkets. The card must match the phone company that owns the phone. Information is available on 103 (service in Spanish).

Post office

Airmail to Europe takes up to two weeks to arrive. Outside of Lima, the post office is less reliable. Airmail items addressed to P.O. Boxes within Peru take approximately four days to arrive, but delays are to be expected. Opening hours of the main post office in Lima: Mon-Sat 08.00-18.00 and Sun 08.00-12.00.
