Overview
The following items can be imported duty-free into Montenegro (persons aged 17 and over): 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 100 cigarillos (up to 3 g each) or 250 g tobacco or a corresponding combination of these tobacco products; 1 liter of spirits with an alcohol content of more than 22% or 2 liters of alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of less than 22%; 4 liters of wine; 16 liters of beer; 250 ml of eau de toilette or perfume up to 50 g; personal effects, if they are re-exported, up to a total value of €300 (travel by train/car) or €430 (travel by plane and sea); Children under 15 generally €150.

Mobile phone
900/1800 GSM, 3G and 4G. Mobile operators include MTEL, Telenor and Crnogorski (T-Mobile) among others. There are international roaming agreements. However, it may be cheaper to buy a prepaid tourist SIM card locally.

A few Internet cafes, which are primarily venues for computer games, can be found in the larger cities. Most hotels, restaurants, cafés and bars now provide their guests with free WiFi. Public WiFi is also available at popular sights and in areas heavily frequented by tourists.
